2. Fare and availability accuracy
Flight prices, seat availability, baggage allowances, fare rules, and schedules are retrieved live from third-party airline and travel-data providers at the moment of your search. These can change within seconds due to demand, currency fluctuation, or airline-side updates, and are never guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed and ticketed by us. A price shown during search or at the start of checkout is not a guarantee that the same price will be available when your booking request is processed.
3. We are a booking platform, not the airline
Fly Air Fiesta is an independent travel booking platform. We are not an airline, and we are not the agent of any airline. The airline(s) operating your flights are solely and exclusively responsible for the operation, safety, delay, cancellation, overbooking, downgrading, and rescheduling of those flights, as well as for compliance with applicable aviation regulations. Our role is limited to facilitating the search, pricing, and booking process on your behalf.
4. Pending bookings are not confirmed tickets
A submitted booking request is held in “pending” status until our team reviews it, verifies the details, and confirms it — which may include contacting you to arrange payment. A pending booking is not a confirmed reservation, is not a ticket, and does not guarantee seat availability or the fare originally quoted. Only a booking explicitly confirmed by us, with an issued ticket number, should be relied upon for travel planning.
5. Third-party suppliers & service providers
Certain elements of your travel arrangements (airlines, ground transport, hotels, insurance providers, or other suppliers referenced on this site) are provided by independent third parties who are not our employees, agents, or joint venturers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third-party supplier, or for any injury, damage, delay, loss, accident, or irregularity that may result from their services.
6. No financial, legal, or travel advice
Information on this site — including guidance referenced in our booking terms about visas, passports, or travel documentation — is provided purely for general convenience and does not constitute professional travel, immigration, legal, medical, or financial advice. You should independently verify entry requirements, visa obligations, health requirements, and documentation rules with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government source for every country on your itinerary before travelling.
7. Travel documentation & entry requirements
It is solely your responsibility to ensure that you and every passenger on your booking hold valid, sufficient travel documentation — including passports (generally valid for at least six months beyond your return date), visas, transit permits, and any other documents required by the countries you are travelling to, from, or through. We do not verify documentation on your behalf, and we are not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, fines, or any other consequence arising from insufficient or invalid documentation.
8. Health, safety & local regulations
Health requirements, safety advisories, and entry regulations (including any vaccination, testing, or quarantine requirements) can change with little or no notice and vary by destination. You are responsible for checking the requirements applicable to your itinerary with official government and health-authority sources before departure. We do not monitor or guarantee the accuracy of any such requirements referenced informally on this site.
9. Currency conversion & pricing display
Where fares are displayed in a currency other than the airline's base billing currency, the displayed amount is an approximate conversion based on exchange rates available at the time of display, and is provided for convenience only. The amount actually charged may differ slightly due to exchange-rate movement, card-issuer conversion fees, or rounding, and the airline's base-currency fare remains the authoritative amount.

This site may contain links to, or references to, third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement of that site or its content.
11. Website availability & technical issues
