Terms & Conditions

By submitting a booking request through Fly Air Fiesta, you agree to the following terms. These are the same booking terms shown on your confirmation page.

Key booking acknowledgements

  1. 1

You have read and agreed with our full terms and conditions.

  2. 2

You have confirmed that all names, passport information, contact details and flight details are all correctly booked. Incorrect information on names, contact details, passport information may result your booking being cancelled and/or denied for boarding.

  3. 3

You have confirmed that you hold all the necessary documentations, i.e. valid passport (Passenger’s passports must have at least six months validity remaining after their intended departure from the country they are visiting), visa, and meet all the legal requirements of all the countries on your journey. We do not provide any information or advice on visa requirements to any customers.

  4. 4

Your round-trip ticket or one-way ticket may consist of several segments; such flight segments are to be used in sequence. If not, airlines will refuse transport on subsequent flight segments (e.g. failure to use one segment of a journey could invalidate the rest of the ticket).

  5. 5

Missed check-in deadline or failure to board within the required time is considered as No-show and ticket will become non-refundable.

  6. 6

We strongly recommend you to purchase suitable travel insurance policy so you can travel with peace of mind.

  7. 7

To protect your privacy, we are unable to disclose or discuss your travel information with anyone other than yourself or who made the booking on your behalf (contact person in your booking), without written approval.

  8. 8

To simplify the booking process, we do not ask and store passport information on some itineraries where passport information is not regulatorily mandatory at point of booking made, but reserve the rights of request such information where/when necessary, i.e. we are legally required to submit passport/visa copy to process refund of an international ticket.

  9. 9

In the event of an involuntary flight schedule change or cancellation, it is essential that you contact us to discuss rebooking or refunding the tickets. We will then assess the situation and advise on alternative flight options in accordance with the Flight Schedule Change policy of the airlines operating your flights. It’s imperative that you refrain from purchasing a new replacement flight without consulting us first. While you may have the right to do so, please note that you will be responsible for the costs of the new flight, and we will not provide compensation for this replacement flight.

  10. 10

If your booking includes products that can be refunded or changed, please handle them separately.

  11. 11

Flight bookings may be changed subject to the fare conditions of the ticket purchased. Any permitted change may require payment of the applicable airline change fee (if any), any difference in airfare, taxes, and service fees. Certain promotional, basic economy, or restricted fares may be non-changeable and non-refundable. Availability of the new flight is subject to airline inventory at the time the change request is processed.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, searching for flights, or submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use this site or submit a booking request.

2. Eligibility & booking authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to submit a booking on this site. If you submit a booking on behalf of other passengers, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to provide their personal information and to bind them to these terms, and that all details you provide for every passenger are accurate and complete.

3. The booking process

Submitting a booking request through this site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected flight(s) at the fare shown, subject to final verification and confirmation by our team. A booking is not confirmed, and no contract is formed, until we have verified availability and pricing with the relevant airline(s) and confirmed the booking to you in writing.

4. Fares, taxes & fees

Displayed fares include the base fare and applicable government taxes and airline fees known at the time of search, but may exclude optional extras (seat selection, additional baggage, meals) unless stated otherwise. Fares are subject to availability and can change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Any service or processing fee charged by Fly Air Fiesta will be disclosed to you before your booking is finalized.

5. Payment terms

Payment arrangements are confirmed directly with our team as part of finalizing your booking. Full payment (or an agreed deposit, where applicable) is required before a ticket is issued. We reserve the right to cancel a pending booking that is not paid within the timeframe communicated to you, without further notice.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the fare rules of the operating airline(s) attached to your specific ticket, which vary by fare class and route and are disclosed to you before confirmation. Many discounted fares are non-refundable or carry a cancellation fee. Where a refund is due, it will be processed back to the original form of payment, less any applicable airline penalties and our own non-refundable service fees, within the timeframe required by the airline (which can take several weeks).

7. Changes to your booking

Requests to change a confirmed booking (date, route, passenger name, or cabin class) are subject to the operating airline's change policy, which may include a change fee plus any fare difference between your original ticket and the new itinerary. Not all fare types permit changes. Submit change requests as early as possible, as availability on the new flight is not guaranteed.

8. Name corrections

Passenger names must exactly match the identification document to be used for travel. Minor corrections (typographical errors) may be possible subject to the airline's policy and an applicable fee; a full legal name change is generally treated as a new booking. We are not responsible for denied boarding resulting from a name mismatch that was not flagged to us for correction before ticketing.

9. Schedule changes & flight disruptions

Airlines may change flight times, routes, or aircraft, or cancel flights entirely, for operational, safety, or other reasons outside our control. If we are notified of a schedule change or cancellation affecting your booking, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and assist with rebooking or refund options in line with the operating airline's policy. Do not purchase a replacement flight without contacting us first — we are not able to reimburse the cost of independently purchased replacement tickets.

10. Baggage policy

Checked and carry-on baggage allowances, weight limits, and fees are set by the operating airline(s) and can vary by fare class, route, and passenger status, including between the outbound and return portions of a round-trip itinerary. Please confirm your specific baggage allowance directly with the operating airline before travel; excess baggage fees charged at the airport are your responsibility.

11. Travel documentation responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that every passenger on your booking holds a valid passport, any required visas or transit permits, and meets all other entry, health, and documentation requirements of every country on the itinerary. We do not provide visa or immigration advice, and we are not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or any related cost arising from insufficient documentation.

12. Special service requests

Requests for special assistance (wheelchair access, dietary requirements, unaccompanied minor service, or similar) are passed to the operating airline on a reasonable-efforts basis but are not guaranteed by us, as fulfilment depends entirely on the airline's own policies and capacity. Please confirm any special service request directly with the airline ahead of travel.

13. Service fees & non-refundable charges

Any service, booking, or processing fee charged by Fly Air Fiesta is separate from the airline fare and is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, except where required by applicable law, regardless of whether the underlying airline fare is later refunded.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, airline insolvency, or airspace closures.

15. Prohibited use of this site

You agree not to use this site to submit fraudulent bookings, to use another person's payment or identity information without authorization, to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's operation, or to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the site other than through normal browsing and booking activity.

16. Intellectual property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written consent.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with a booking made through this site is limited to the amount of the service fee we charged for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed connections, loss of enjoyment, or costs incurred as a result of an airline's own acts or omissions.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fly Air Fiesta harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or inaccurate information you provided in connection with a booking.

19. Third-party services & links

This site may reference or link to third-party airlines, suppliers, or other services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

20. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or a booking made through this site will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting our support team before either party pursues formal legal action.

21. Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

22. Contact information
