Privacy Policy

How Fly Air Fiesta collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Introduction & scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Fly Air Fiesta (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, search for flights, submit a booking request, or otherwise interact with our services. It applies to all visitors, registered account holders, and customers, regardless of the device used to access the site. By using this site, you acknowledge the practices described here.

2. Information you provide to us

We collect information you give us directly, including: account details (name, email, password) if you register; contact details (name, email, phone number) when you submit a booking request; passenger details (full name, date of birth, gender) for each traveler on a booking; billing address details if provided during checkout; and any information you share when contacting customer support, requesting a change or cancellation, or leaving a remark on a booking.

3. Payment-related information

For your protection and ours, we do not collect, transmit, or store your full card number or CVV/security code under any circumstances — those fields never leave your browser. Where a card is used to reference a booking, we retain only a masked representation (for example, the card network and the last four digits, and a masked expiration date) along with the cardholder name, solely for verification and customer-support reference. This masked data cannot be used to reconstruct your full card number.

4. Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, approximate geographic location (derived from IP), browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This information helps us secure the site, diagnose technical issues, and understand how our services are used.

5. Cookies & similar tracking technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your currency and language preferences, and maintain your booking session. Where you've given consent (or where consent isn't required in your region), we also use cookies to measure ad performance and site traffic, including advertising identifiers from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok, so we can tell which campaigns led to a visit or booking and show you more relevant ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Visitors in the EU/EEA and UK are shown a cookie banner and can accept or reject these non-essential cookies before they're set, and can change that choice at any time via "Manage Cookie Preferences" in the site footer. Wherever you're located, you can opt out of personalized advertising directly with these providers: Google (adssettings.google.com), Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences), Microsoft (about.ads.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/policies/opt-out), or across many providers at once via the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) or, in the EU, Your Online Choices (youronlinechoices.eu). You can also configure your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when a cookie is being set; doing so may affect the functionality of certain features, such as staying signed in or retaining your search preferences.

6. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to: search for and price flights on your behalf; create, manage, and communicate with you about your booking; verify your identity and prevent fraud; respond to support requests and change/cancellation requests; send booking-related notifications (confirmations, status updates, schedule-change alerts); improve and secure our website; and comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

7. Third-party flight data providers

Flight search results, fares, schedules, and availability are retrieved in real time from third-party airline and travel-data providers (including global distribution systems and flight-data aggregators). To retrieve and price flights on your behalf, we share the minimum information necessary — typically route, dates, cabin class, and passenger counts — with these providers. Once a booking is made, relevant passenger and itinerary details are shared with the operating airline(s) as required to issue and service your booking.

8. How we share your information

Beyond the flight-data providers described above, we may share information with: service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer-support tooling), each bound by confidentiality obligations; professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary; law enforcement or regulators where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of our users; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Marketing communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to promotional communications, we will use your email address to send you fare deals, destination inspiration, and service updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every marketing email, or by contacting support. Transactional communications relating to an active booking (confirmations, schedule changes, payment follow-ups) are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while a booking is active.

10. Data retention

We retain booking, passenger, and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil your booking, respond to support or dispute requests, and comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations — which in many jurisdictions require retaining booking records for several years after travel is completed. Masked payment reference data is retained on the same basis as the booking it relates to. Where information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

11. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including restricted internal access to booking records and secure transmission of data between your browser and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

12. International data transfers

Because flights, airlines, and our service providers span multiple countries, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws than your home jurisdiction. Where we transfer information internationally, we take steps intended to ensure it continues to be protected in a manner consistent with this policy.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: request access to the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of information we are not legally required to retain; object to or restrict certain processing; and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team — we may need to verify your identity before actioning a request, and some requests may be limited where retention is required by law (for example, completed booking records).

14. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16 outside of the ordinary provision of passenger details (such as a child's name and date of birth) by a parent or guardian booking travel on their behalf. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information other than as part of a booking made by a parent or guardian, please contact us so we can address it.

15. Do-not-track signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is currently no accepted industry standard for how to respond to such signals, our site does not currently alter its data-collection practices when it detects one. We encourage you to manage tracking preferences directly through your browser's cookie settings.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page; we encourage you to review it periodically.

17. Contacting us about privacy

If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact our support team at support@flyairfiesta.com. We aim to respond to all privacy-related inquiries in a timely manner.
